We represent you - not the landlord.  This allows us to show you any available space fitting your needs and negotiate on your behalf. 

Most commercial real estate brokers represent their client, the landlord.   When you contact a commercial broker to help you find space, he/she will show you space that they have available.  Those spaces may not fit your needs, which means you do not always see a fair representation of available spaces on the market.  These brokers may be under pressure to lease a space that has been on the market for a long period of time.   

We love being tenant brokers .  Every day we see unique spaces with our clients and enjoy finding that perfect space.  The only pressure we are under is our own pressure to find you the best office space in Westchester.
